The flower shed portrait shoot
OK, so Jenni, Alissa & Chelsea want a photo shoot (glamour) with a ‘doll’ theme – so, naturally they agonised for hours finding the perfect ‘doll’ outfits and spent I don’t know how long doing amazing ‘doll’ like makeup and hair. Our task was to find a location that would work for the theme.
We met at 7.30am outside an old market gardener shed that has stood unused for many years – and may I remind you – it’s COLD this time of year, at that time in the morning – the girls had a brilliant idea though and brought their dressing gowns to keep them warm in between taking photos – brilliant idea girls!!
Now, remember this is a ‘doll’ theme – so, very awkward poses, stiff limbs, sometimes ‘vacant’ expressions etc – we even did a couple of ‘discarded doll’ shots.
Granted this was not your average portrait shoot, but when you have 3 gorgeous girls wanting a ‘doll’ theme, an average portrait shoot just won’t do.
This location would also work well for a bride & groom – the colour, the texture, the light and it’s very close to Perth!
Here are our favourite images from the shoot…
Thanks again girls, it was a fun morning 🙂
